I am looking for someone to take my private studio apartment in Hongdae from May 16-August 21. It's located a 5-minute walk from Hongdae Station Exit 7, 5-10 minute from Yeonnam and Hongdae culture street, and about 10 minute walk from Shinchon Station. Also, there's a big bus stop just around the corner so the place has a great connectivity to anywhere in Seoul by train or bus.

While close to the busy areas, the apartment sits in a quiet residential area across from the main road to Hongdae and Shinchon. Many restaurants, bars, cafes, fitness center, convenience stores as well as a local supermarket (Lotte Mart) are nearby and easily accessible.

The room is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, fridge, closets, kitchen, A/C, washing machine. It has a big balcony which you can use as a storage or laundry room.

Monthly rent is 550,000 KRW + utilities (electricity, gas, internet), and the deposit is 1 month rent.
