I will be moving out of my apartment in a lovely area with a beautiful view of Namsan Park so am looking for a replacement tenant. The contract is a continuous month per month agreement so you have flexibility over how long you would like to stay for so long as you inform the landlord(: The apartment is located towards the top of Haebangchon main street so it's extremely convenient for hanging out with friends in the cafe's and bars a few metres away. The building is just on the corner next to Eunseong church and has 3 floors; the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Room is 533,000 won per month / Deposit is 333,000 won
Utilities are split 3 ways with the other tenants and are around 30 - 40,000.
Room is furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, wardrobe and standing mirror. It's really cosy and private and has a great view of Namsan Park.
The Kitchen is equipped with two refrigerator/freezers, microwave, gas cooker, kettle and all cooking equipment and utensils. There is high speed 5G wifi and an AC unit in the living room which is really keeping the whole apartment cool as the humidity is setting in.
You'll be sharing the apartment with two French guys age 22 & 24 who are here for exchange study doing business and politics. They are both super nice and friendly with amazing suggestions for good places to visit in Seoul! They are regularly out so you can often have the apartment to yourself(: We also have a huge rooftop shared with the other building residents just above the front door, but it is never used so it can be treated as private!

- 10 min walk to Noksapyeong station
- 15 min walk to Itaewon station
- 5 minute by bus to Banpo Han River Park
- There is CU, e-mart, GS and 7 11 all within a minute walk
- Yongsan shuttle bus is a 10 second walk which is convenient when transferring to/from subway lines. Namyeong (Line 1) in around 10 minutes and Noksapyeong (Line 6) in 3 minutes
- Buses 143, 401 and 406 are a few minutes down the road. You can also take the 9007 coach from here which has been really convenient for taking trips out of Seoul from your doorstep.
