Our rooms are designed to provide privacy and come equipped with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, cozy beds, and functional desks. We understand the importance of storage, so ample space is available for your personal belongings.

As a housemate at Arthur's House, you'll have the chance to hang out with me and other residents. We will provide the necessary contract documents for visas and alien registration cards as well.

It has easy access to transportation and near Yonsei, Ewha, Sogang, Hongik univ

- 3 min to Bus stop by walk (it goes to any Univ in Seoul)
- Surrounded by stylish cafe, Convenience stores, Restaurant.
∂ Fee
- Room A : 550,000won
- Room B : 550,000won
- Room C : 500,000won
- Utility fees are based on usage for electricity and gas,
while water and internet fees are a fixed amount of 20,000 won.
- Deposit is two month fee. It will be return when you check out.
∂ Facilites
- Room is full furnished.
- Shared Facilities: Wi-fi, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner.
∂ Reminders
1. Min. contract: three months (**one month notice for moving out**)
2. Deposit - Two month fee
3. No pet / No smoking / No party after 10pm
4. Required to share cleaning duties with housemates.
