- Premium private single room: 570,000won
- Big private single room: 500,000won
- Standard private single room: 420,000won
* Common area: Living room and kitchen / 2 common bathroom and toilet / Front yard
** There's an air conditioner in every room
- Deposit : 800,000won / deposit is for security reasons with other tenants etc and is fully refundable
- Utility : 50,000won per month(For the month 3,4,5,9,10,11) / 70,000won per month (For the month 6,7,8,12,1,2)
* gas, water, electricity, internet(WiFi), water purifier fee included in utility.
* At least 3months stay are required
