I want to provide nice places for you to stay while you are in Korea so that you can meet and live with nice and fun people and be friends with them. And I also want to be part of your good memories about Korea with your nice housemates that you are going to live with.
So if you are the person that we are looking for (nice, fun, communicable, know and try to follow basic rules to live together, open-minded, sociable and especially a good cook), please come and stay in our international sharehouse!

3. Room infos; it's a 5 floors building and we are using 3rd, 4th floors.
- Premium single room(private toilet and shower in the room): 840,000won - Available
- Standard single room(public toilet and shower): 650,000won - Available now
(*) Living room and kitchen are on 4th floor / A bathroom with toilet is on each floor / There's an air conditioner in every room
※ There's no extra utility fee for spring and autumn
But for summer time(June, July, August), and winter time(December, January, February) there's extra 50,000won utility fee per person for air conditioning and heater.
- Deposit : 800,000won / deposit is for security reasons with other tenants etc and is fully refundable
