Kitchen has all the cooking utensils and microwave. I buy Brita filter so you don’t need to buy bottled water. We also have washing machine and dryer. We can have rooptop space so you can dry your laundry or sunbathing in summertime.
We have all the shops you need and convenient stores, bars, restaurants on kyungridan-gil.
Noksapyung station is 10 min walk and little green bus stop is only 1min away. There are buses to go to Gangnam area in 15 min.
Looking for female, non smoker housemate.
Water and wifi is included in the monthly bill and gas and electricity bill will be divided by number of housemates.
Deposit is 700,000. Rent lowers to 540,000 after 1 year.
No pets, no indoor smoking allowed.
