I'm looking for a female housemate for my family’s second house in Seoul.
[About the House]
It's on the 3rd floor without an elevator.
Although it's an old building, the inside of the house is clean.
In this house,
there are 2 rooms(1 room for you, 1 room for me),
and a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
** I stay here but not always. ( I go abroad for work often and
my parents comes to stay here but very occasionally.)
So, sometimes you can stay in this house alone.**

Magok-Naru Station is on the Express Airport Railroad and it is an express stop of Line 9

- 40 minutes to Incheon airport
- 11 minutes to Hongdae station
- 20 minutes to Seoul station

5 minutes to the bus stop by walk
* Big & Beautiful Park
Seoul Botanic Garden (Magok Park) is just a 10-minute walk away.
If you are the person who like nature, it’s soooooo good :)
(It's hard to find the big park like this next to the house in Seoul..)

It is where I'm living so you don’t need to bring anything. We also provide toilet paper, hand wash liquid soap, kitchen detergent, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, rice cookers, pans, pots, dinnerware, and appliances.
[Rent Fee]
* Rent: 550,000 KRW per month
* Utilities: 90,000 KRW per month (All includes! - Internet, Illectiric, Gas, Water, etc..)
* Deposit: 1,000,000won
* Period: No restriction. But 2 weeks notice in advance before leaving for both ways.
If you want to stay short term,
* 30,000 KRW per day.
