I will leave korea at the end of November / start of December and i m looking for someone to replace me.
It s a two room accomodation with a entry/living room and one bathroom.
The place is bright and quiet.
The accomodation is 10-12min by walk to the subway station Nogsapyeong and 25min to Itaewon.
The landlord provide the fridge and the laundry machine. All the rest is mine but we can talk if you want to take some stuff or not.
The rent is 700.000won ( 467 euro / 500$ ) + charges and the Deposit is 3 Millions won ( 2.000euro /2.200$ )
