I'm looking for a female housemate.

I reside in a flat with three rooms.
You will have your own private room while sharing the kitchen and bathroom.
The room is modest, consisting of a bed, a desk, and a clothes rack.
My residence is located at a distance from the subway station.
It typically takes around 15 minutes to reach the station by bus.
The bus stop is conveniently close.
Once you reach the subway station, you can easily access various destinations throughout Seoul like Gangnam,Hongdae,Itaewon,Myeongdong.
There is a small mountain just behind where I live.
Therefore, you have the opportunity to walk along the path and engage in trekking activities every day,
thanks to the proximity of this small mountain.
● Rent fee - The room is 320,000 won per month. (included all utilities fee-water, electricity, gas and internet)/No deposit
● Need to stay minimum 2 weeks at least. (2 weeks: 200,000 won)
