We have a share house open to both Korean natives and ex-pats, and the
idea behind the living setup is to bring people of different
international backgrounds together. If you are a foreigner, we are
sure that our share house would offer you opportunities to study more
about the Korean language and culture.
It is right next to Line-2 (green line) Ewha Womans Univ Stn
and close to everything you'd need (stores, grocery, etc).
The rent is all-inclusive (gas, electricity, water, internet) and is
KRW 350,000 - 600,000 per month, with a KRW 1,000,000 deposit.
The rent fee is all-inclusive (gas, electricity, water, internet) and Additional utilities cost (50,000KRW) will be charged in the winter season (from November to March) for heating and (30,000KRW) will be charged in the summer season for cooling (from July to August)
Additional fee 10,000KRW will be charged for other extra NECESSITIES
including a washing-up liquid(for kitchen), Powder detergent, Fabric softener, Soap, Cooking oil, Drinking water, Lamp, Toilet paper, Food garbage
Moreover, the room and is furnished with everything you need (bed, desk, wardrobe), so you can just move in with your clothes.
