You are responsible for the company's marketing brand, image, and promotion campaigns. You manage the sales and marketing department.
Responsibilities
You plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
You oversee the creation of promotional assets
You organize events inside and outside the studio
You manage the sales department
You manage the designer
Requirements
Passion for marketing and communication
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience in B2C with the Korean market strongly appreciated
Creativity, imagination, idea generation
Great copywriting skills
2. Marketing Manager
You report to the Marketing Lead.
Responsibilities
You plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns with the Marketing Lead
You oversee the creation of promotional assets
You organize events inside and outside the studio
Requirements

3. Agency Community and Event Manager
Under the Communications Director, you are responsible for the design and the organization of events to promote the company to the public.
Responsibilities
Design events to promote the company, both inside and outside the studio
Organize events and coordinate with various teams and external providers
Coordinate with external freelancers (video production agencies...)
Coordinate with the sales team to optimize the profitability of the events
Represent the Idols within their communities
Communicate important messages to the various communities online
Develop the SNS profile and activity of the Idols
Cater to the satisfaction of our communities and retain fans
Create and manage Idols Events (busking, festival, concert, external auditions)
Requirements
Great communication skills
Can work under pressure with tight deadlines
Flexible time schedule
Great personal skills
Good imagination
Experience in event management
