Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate product development from project initiation to post mortem
- Ensure quality deliverables and meet strict deadlines
- Create project proposals based on research, market trends, and sales feedback
- Create specific and efficient development plans with set deadlines, goals, and budgets
- Track worker performance and maintain project schedules
- Build project teams including illustrators, voice actors, designers, writers, and editors
- Coordinate with digital, design, and sales teams to meet project goals and market demands
- Give presentations to clients, customers, investors, and other stakeholders
- Give product training to sales representatives and provide sales support
Secondary Responsibilities:
-Research and product ideation
-Content editing, copy editing, and proofreading
-Creation of promotional materials
-Writing
Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Education, English, or other related field preferred
- Minimum 4 years full-time professional experience related to publishing
- TESOL/CELTA or other ESL/EFL training, preferred
- Teaching experience at different levels and age groups
Skills and abilities
- Project management certification highly preferred
- Exceptional English reading, writing, and listening skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with editing, proofreading, and publishing conventions
- Familiarity with TESOL methods and terminology
- Familiarity with Chicago Style Guide

Period of Employment: Full-time position. All new hires will have a three to six month probationary period where their employment can be terminated based on performance.
Salary Range: Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
Vacation Days: 15 days of paid personal leave per year and Korean public holidays
Working Hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Lunch provided from 12 to 1)
Health Insurance: Provided in accordance with Korean law
Severance Pay: One month’s salary earned per year of employment
Start Date: Candidate will be decided at the end of July
