Job Description
1. Role and Responsibilities
Crevill Kid’s cafe is looking for kindergarten teachers who can speak fluent English (non-native English speakers can apply) to join their teams at branches all over Korea. Suitable candidates should enjoy working with young children in an active and lively environment.
Crevill provides play-based programs for children's enjoyment and repeated exposure to English. The programs are structured around the following categories and more: art, storytelling, boardgame, gym, and EIC (English Immersion Class). Though we don't have 'Class' lessons, we prefer to use the word 'Activity' with children. Teachers role includes:
♦ Entry to exit greeting parents and children cordially and with enthusiasm
♦ Making sure kits, worksheets, other materials are stocked and prepared for classes
♦ Worksheets: printed and organized into a binder (worksheets should also have at least one finished sample)
♦ Programs: must receive from manager or supervisor
♦ The main duty for English-Speaking Teachers is to lead classes and all contents programs and engage with kids during free play.
♦ Whenever possible, teachers must provide feedback to parents after classes concerning the child’s engagement, successes and struggles.
♦ At assigned times, teachers must record feedback on classes and each child’s performance.
♦ Teachers must keep count of class materials and inform managers of low stock. They are responsible for keeping supplies organized and for general classroom tidiness during the day.
♦ Escorting children to and from restroom (or asking whoever is available)

4. Working Conditions
Working Hours: 11 AM ~ 8 PM, either M - F or 4 on weekdays 1 day on weekends (NO planning times, homework assignments, exams, and any additional paperwork needed in an academic setting)
Teaching Hours: 30 minutes activity time + 30 minutes of play = eight activities and eight play sessions per day
Students per Class: 3-4 students for a teacher

Age Level: 5-8 years old
Extra Info: A top uniform will be provided
5. Salary and Benefits
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Insurance and Financial: Insurance and pension will be matched by employer
Contract Completion Bonus: Provided upon completion of the contract
Vacation: 12 days plus Korean national holidays
