Job Description
AGI is a school owned, operated, and staffed by career teachers. Open since 2009, and having grown from a small one room school to 18 full classrooms, AGI is an ideal place of employment for other career minded teachers looking for long-term job stability and a career minded track in the field of early education. Many of the teachers here at AGI have been with the company for 5+ years; with nearly 25% of teachers now past the 10 year mark with AGI Language.
AGI has a well-defined curriculum based on North American standards. This curriculum provides teachers with the framework to build a positive and enriching class atmosphere.
Classes at AGI are also well stocked with necessary materials, are small in size (no more than 11 students per class) and come with myriad of avenues of educational support – both for teachers and students.

Benefits:
Entry-level total compensation: 4.2 – 4.5 million won.
Clearly structured pay scale for long term teachers.
21 days paid vacation, including a full 2 weeks in summer and 1 week between Christmas and New Year’s Day,
One half day (no after school class) each month.
No more than 21 workdays per month. (Average of 19 days per month)
Severance, medical insurance, and pension all provided
