Hiring Full-time/Part-time teachers for Christian Montessori Pre-school in Seoul
We are pleased to announce employment opportunities at the only International Montessori school in Seoul.
We are seeking teachers with a heart to nurture children with love and care using the esteemed Montessori method (AMI-based) and Biblical Foundation for Early Childhood curriculum.
Bethel Christian Montessori Academy (Bi-lingual Montessori Pre-school)
Location: Haengdang-dong, Seoul

Full-time - Regular class teacher for Primary Classroom (Ages 3-6)
Work Hours: M to F 8:30AM-5:30PM
Salary: Starting at 2.3 Million KRW (determined based on experience/qualifications)
Start date: March 2023
Full-time - Regular class teacher for Toddler classroom (Ages 1.5-3)
Work Hours: M to F 8:30AM-5:30PM
Salary: Starting at 2.3 Million KRW (determined based on experience/qualifications)
Start date: Fall 2023
Kids of the Nations International School (English Montessori Pre-school)
Location: Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul
Full-time - Regular class teacher for Toddler classroom (Ages 1.5-3)
Work Hours: M to F 9-6PM
Salary: Starting at 2.3 Million KRW (determined based on experience/qualifications)
Start date: Ongoing
Part-time - After-school class teacher for Primary classroom (Ages 3-6)
Work Hours: M to F 12:30-6:30PM
Salary: Starting at 1.6 Million KRW (determined based on experience/qualifications)
Start date: Ongoing
Additional Benefits for both schools include:
- Housing: Single furnished room
- Paid Vacation: 13-17 days per year (depending on employment period)
- Medical insurance (+basic dental)
- Government pension (4.5% of salary accrued; returned when departing Korea)
*Inbound teachers receive airfare compensation upon successful completion of contract.
**Montessori Training Certification (MACTE) Sponsorship
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nationals of E-2 Visa recipients (USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
- F-4, F-6 or other visa holder
Preferences:
- Christian faith
- Montessori Certification
- Early Childhood education experience
- Korean language proficiency
