It's clean even the studio is in an old state but I maintained it very well (you can see for yourself).

Rent is krw 260.000 p/m excl. utilities and wifi )utilities are around krw 20.000
Internet/tv cost krw 15.000 (you take over this contract)
Deposit is just krw 1.2 million!!!


Moving in date JUNE 7th (negotiable) and payment has to be deposit + one month rent.

You can have pets, smoke, having parties etc. nobody will disturb you!

Short (minimum 1 month) and long term possible!

You pay 1.2million to us and 260.000 to the landlord. Once you moving out the landlord will refund your deposit back.

Since the landlord doesn't want to deal with searching we are doing that for her.
