I am a Korean college student, and I speak Korean, English, and broken German xD
I'm renting my beautiful place in Wolgok.
It's near to Dongduk Women's University and Wolgok station, Gileum station.
It's also close to Korea University! (takes 5-6 minutes by bus)
I am renting my place as I got an internship near Gangnam station.
I want to rent my place for 3 months, but we can talk about this part.
There are two rooms, separate kitchen and a bathroom.
In the bathroom, there are a cozy sofa, beam projector, a super-single-sized bed, a wardrobe, desk and a big mirror!
I use my smaller room as my work-out and makeup room.
There are oven, stove and microwave in the kitchen. You can enjoy your cooking with these :)
There is no washing machine in the bathroom, but you can use laundry store which is literally 1 minute away!
I installed shower curtain instead xD
*You can bring your pets as Landlord is super animal friendly!
Rent: 550,000 won
Deposit: 2 months rent
Other expenses (electricity, gas, water) will be charged separately. This usually amounts to around 45,000 won.
