The property is just a 10-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station and Gwanghwamun Station, and is surrounded by art galleries, lovely cafes, and excellent restaurants.
Parking is available, and both the host and a dedicated building manager are here to assist you with any housing-related concerns.
Within the building, you’ll find a commercial fitness center, a French restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant. A large supermarket (Hanaromart) is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Short-Term Lease Agreement :
This Short-Term Lease Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into on this ___ day of __________, 20__, by and between:

1. Lease Term
The lease shall begin on __________________ (Start Date) and shall end on __________________ (End Date). The Lessee shall vacate the premises no later than 12:00 PM on the end date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Rental Amount & Payment
The total rent for the lease term shall be KRW __________, payable in full prior to or upon check-in. This rental amount includes all utility charges, such as: Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet (Wi-Fi)
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of KRW __________ shall be paid by the Lessee upon signing this Agreement. The deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, provided no damage has occurred beyond normal wear and tear.
4. Included Services
During the lease term, the Lessor agrees to provide prompt assistance for any reasonable issues or inconveniences related to the use of the property, including but not limited to: Malfunctioning appliances, Plumbing or electrical issues, Basic maintenance and repair. Lessor will make all reasonable efforts to resolve such issues within 24 hours of notice.
5. Use of Premises
The premises shall be used for residential purposes only. Subleasing or assignment is not permitted without the written consent of the Lessor.
6. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premises. The Lessee is responsible for any damage caused by pets beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Cleaning Fee
There will be no separate cleaning fee. However, the Lessee is expected to return the premises in a generally clean and tidy condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in deductions from the deposit.
8. Early Termination Policy
If the Lessee chooses to vacate the property before the agreed-upon end date, the following terms shall apply: No refund will be provided for unused rental days unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Lessor. The Lessor may agree to a partial refund if a new tenant is found to occupy the premises for the remainder of the original lease term.

Check-in time: after 3:00 PM
Check-out time: before 12:00 PM
Adjustments may be made upon mutual agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
