Rental Conditions
• Deposit: 1,000,000 KRW (refundable at check-out if no damage)
• Cleaning fee: 100,000 KRW (non-refundable, paid upfront)
• Maintenance fee included, utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet) billed separately based on usage.
Monthly Rent:
• 1 month: 800,000 KRW
• 2 months: 1,400,000 KRW (700,000 per month)
