Requirements
Must be a kind/warm-hearted person who loves students
Must have experience as a headteacher
Must have a STEM-related background
Must be an American or Canadian passport holder
Must have knowledge of accreditation, SIS, LMS, standardized testing (MAP), and scheduling
Must have +5 years experience as a teacher including 2+ years in leadership/management
Preferred Qualifications
principal/elementary license holder
a master's or a doctoral degree holder
F visa holder
Conditions
A 12-month contract with director bonus (salary negotiable depending on the qualification)
Housing stipend of 500,000won per month or company-provided apartment
National insurance, pension match
*Academic director will teach 2-3 classes per day (applicants that hold an E2 visa will teach English/ESL/Social studies or electives such as music/art/PE/IT)
