2. Role and Responsibilities
As a recruiter, you’re responsible for helping candidates find the right teaching position for them. Your responsibilities include the following:
Write job descriptions and advertise teaching positions
Write descriptive company profiles
Keep open communication between candidates and employers
Follow up with candidates and employers
Interview candidates and matching them with the right positions
Help develop a more innovative and direct system for candidates and employers
Help candidates prepare the right visa documents
Organize candidates and documents
General office work
3. Working Conditions
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Seocho, Seoul
Working Hours: 9 AM-6 PM
4. Salary and Benefits
Salary: First 3 months are probationary: 1.6 million KRW/month
After 3 months: 2.5 million KRW
Insurance and Financial: Insurance and pension will be matched
5. Candidate Qualifications
Must currently be in Korea
Fluent in English
Copywriting experience
Great writing, proofreading, and grammar skills
Korean skills (speaking and reading) preferred
Previous experience with hiring and onboarding preferred
F-4 visa holders or Koreans who speak fluent English are welcome to apply
Those who are not on a working visa must already be on a D-10 visa
