Role and Responsibilities
As a client manager and HR respresentative, you’ll be responsible for contacting clients and building business relationships. Your responsibilities include the following:
Develop B2B relationships with clients
Help market services to clients
Write job descriptions and advertise teaching positions
Write descriptive company profiles
Keep open communication between candidates and employers
Follow up with candidates and employers
Interview candidates and matching them with the right positions
Help develop a more innovative and direct system for candidates and employers
Help candidates prepare the right visa documents
Organize candidates and documents
Write blogs
General office work
Working Conditions
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Seocho, Seoul
Working Hours: 9 AM-6 PM
Some overtime work may be required.
Lunch Hours: 1 - 2PM (Lunch is not be provided)
Salary and Benefits
Salary: First 3 months are probationary: 2 million KRW/month
After 3 months: 2.5 million KRW
Insurance and Financial: Insurance and pension will be matched
Candidate Qualifications
Only F-4 visa holders that speak fluent Korean or Koreans who speak fluent English may apply
Must currently be in Korea
Copywriting experience preferred
Great writing, proofreading, and grammar skills
Previous experience with hiring and onboarding preferred
Flexible. Open to constructive criticism and to changing ideas
Has a good ethic and a general understanding of Korean company culture
