Job Description
1. Role and Responsibilities
As a kindy and elementary teacher at GLC (Global Leader Center), you will be responsible for the following:
Teach a variety of subject classes, which may include swimming, music, science, ecology, P.E., art, or cooking.
Teach basic to advanced reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar to students through hands-on learning
Follow a set curriculum and create supportive lesson plans based on our curriculum
Grade homework, reports, and essays
Update parents regarding student progress
2. Qualified Candidates
Native English speakers from the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa
Must have 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience
Candidates who can speak a little bit of Korean are preferred
3. Visa Sponsorship
We provide E-2 visa sponsorship. We are currently only hiring those who qualify for the E-2 visa. F-2 and F-6 visa holders are also able to apply.
4. Working Conditions
Working Hours: M-F: 9 AM-6 PM
Student Age Range: Kindy to elementary
Classes: Swimming, music, science, ecology, P.E., art, cooking
5. Salary and Benefits
Salary: From 2.1~ Million KRW
Contract Completion Bonus: Yes
Insurance and Financial: Insurance and pension are matched by the employer
Vacation: 10 Days + Korean National Holidays
Housing: A studio apartment is provided
