Job Description
Chungdahm Faculty Human Resources Team (FHR) is seeking a motivated Training Manager to become a part of the team. You will play an important role in the management of teacher trainers, scheduling, and managing large groups of new teachers to Korea.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing certified teacher trainers
- Staying up to date on various Chungdahm programs
- Ensuring efficient and effective training programs
- Effective communication with branch managers and certified trainers
Basic Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- F4/F5/F6 visa or Korean nationality
- Teaching experience (minimum 1 year)
- Bilingual in both English and Korean
Preferential Requirements:
- Knowledge of Chungdahm/April programs
- Kindergarten teaching experience
This is a 6 month to 1 year contract position with the possibility of a full-time, in-house position with full benefits and promotion opportunities after the initial period.
