As a teacher at SCI, you are provided with small class sizes, classroom materials, subject lesson plans, American-based curriculum, class standards, course objectives, and specific assessment methodology.
Job Type: Full time & Part time positions available
Positions Available: Elementary Homeroom G1-6 (multiple subjects)
Location: Gwacheonsi, Nearest Subway Stations: Seonbawi (Line 4), Yangjae Citizen’s Forest (Shinbundang Line)
School Type: Private School
Curriculum: Textbooks from the USA, Common Core aligned
Calendar: American School Calendar. 2 semesters, 4 quarters
Grade Level: G1-12
Visa: F SERIES
Working Days: M-F
Schedule of Hours: 8-5pm
Salary: 2.0 - 3.0 million (based on experience and credentials)
Severance Pay: one month (completion of 12 month contract)
Teaching hours: 25 hours / week
Vacations: 1 month summer / 2-3 weeks winter / 1 week spring break / national holidays
Medical/Health Insurance: 50%
Starting date: AUGUST 2019. ASAP
QUALIFICATIONS:
F VISA SERIES
BA/BS OR ABOVE
2 YEARS TEACHING EXPERIENCE OR MORE
RELATED / EDUCATION MAJOR OR TEACHING CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
