[Francis Parker Collegiate] Seeking Competitive Bilingual(Gyopo) Teachers (Bucheon, Seoul campus)
Job Description
Francis Parker Collegiate is looking for fun-loving, excellent bilingual ESL teachers! We never ceased expanding the branches in this economically challenging time, with sixteen branches across the country for Francis Parker Collegiate.
What sets Francis Parker Collegiate apart from other academies is we value a holistic approach to teach English to children.  Rather than having countless repetitions, we give children as many contexts as possible to formulate the sentences and use a proper vocabulary in contexts.  As a result, our students boast excellent academic results. This holistic approach is applied in a natural way across our curriculum.  As a result, our students boast excellent academic results.  Our education curriculum is the most academic yet interesting one in private English kindergarten education, making many directors and investors want to open our branch. We value a holistic education, and we are excited to welcome professional teachers to our school. If you are creative and consider teaching as your long-term career, please come to our school and join this thriving drive.
From this holistic education perspective, the role of competent bilingual teachers is no less important; we seek competitive bilingual teachers who can assist native teachers with class participation, parental counseling, and administrative work. As a result, the love for children, the spirit of flexibility, and open-mindedness are the critical factors in this position.
The teacher needs to be fluent in Korean (near-native speaker in Korean preferred, but the conversational level will be considered) and English (near-native level). We give credit for the teachers having prior education/teaching experiences.
