HSO is a retail consulting and solution provider with their headquarters in Europe and branches in over 40 countries around the world.
The Korean branch is located in the YTN News Square building in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
The target customers are major domestic luxury companies (Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, L'Oreal).
Position: Call Center Manager

Retail System (POS) CS business
[Eligibility Requirements]
- Understanding of retail store business (required experience using store management system and POS)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn/adapt to a new system
- Computer-related major a plus
- Native English speaker preferred
- F visa or Korean citizen only
[Working conditions]
Location: 10th floor, YTN News Square, Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul
Working hours: 10:00 ~ 18:30 (5 days a week) Flexible working hours and a free work atmosphere
