Job Description
Parsons M.Park is a high-end boutique academy in Daechi and Bundang! We are currently looking for an experienced, highly capable, and dedicated FULL-TIME teacher to teach our pre-k~ kindergarten!lower elementary classes. Love children and teaching are a must!
1. Role and Responsibilities
Plan lessons ahead of time and submit a lesson plan
Deliver high-quality lessons that align with the school curriculum
Post homework and class updates on the school portal
Submit student evaluations
Participate in school-wide events or teacher training workshops
Attend staff meetings
Check and assess all work thoroughly
Maintain control of class and students
2. Qualifications
Candidates currently IN Korea with documents READY.
(apostilled diploma & criminal background check)
Bachelors degree
Welcoming F visa and E2 visas
Previous teaching experience with kindergarten students
3. Working Conditions
1.Location: Daechi or Sunae
2.Working Hours: varies depending on the position (morning shift 9:00-2:30) or (full time 9:00-6:00)
3.Classes: kindergarten- lower elementary classes (American school curriculum based + TOEFL)
4.Vacation: All National Holidays + 10 days paid vacation annually
***Students per Class: Max 7 students***
Age Level: 5-13 years old
4. Salary and Benefits
Salary: based on position (negotiable upon experience)
Insurance and Financial: Insurance and pension will be matched by the employer
Contract Completion Bonus: Provided upon completion of the contract
Vacation: 10 days plus Korean national holidays
POSITION 1: MORNING POSITION
LOCATION: DAECHI & BUNDANG
Working conditions:
9:00-2:30 (M-F) *including lunch break
starting from starting from 2.2 mil (*negotiable based on experience)
POSITION 2: FULL-TIME POSITION
LOCATION: Daechi & Bundang
Working conditions:
9:00-6:00 ***4 days a week***
9:00-3:00 *** once a week***
(including lunch and afternoon breaks in between)
starting from 3 million (*negotiable based on experience)
