[BEK Prep] Native English speaking teacher employment
British Education Korea, established in 2008, is a small and medium-sized company with 50 employees. Located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, it is an international English education institution for children, an English kindergarten for children, and an English education institution for native speakers.
The BEK Prep is the dedicated primary campus for the BEK group of schools. It is a fully accredited Cambridge International school and like all BEK schools, follows the British National Curriculum. Our dedicated team of teachers use this curriculum to create a syllabus that provides your child with real learning for a real future.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must be a 4-year University graduate
- Must hold a PGCE or an equivalent teaching credential
- Experience teaching 5-11 year-olds preferred
Job Description
To lead the teaching of the designated class and to carry out any other duties related to teaching and learning as seasonably assigned by the headteacher, being fully accountable for the academic progress and emotional, social needs of students in their care
Working Time
The normal working day runs from 8.00 a.m.- 4.45 pm for Prep with After School Clubs from 3.35-4.25pm. All full-time members of staff should be available on campus throughout the working day unless they have been given specific permission otherwise by the Headteacher or are engaged in some official activity.
