About the Workplace:
There are two other Native English teachers and one bilingual Korean teacher.
Teacher work together with a Korean homeroom teacher.
Classes are small between 6-12 students per class
Small private kindergarten that focuses on science, math, and Korean.
Opinion of Workplace: The Korean co teachers and director are easy to work with, it is a low pressure environment with lots of support from the English department. Materials are prepared in advance and the teacher just needs to follow the lesson plans (though they can modify the material to suit their teaching style). The students are well behaved and parents are supportive.
