We have one position available and we are looking for someone who will be a "good fit" in our cozy working atmosphere.

We are not the typical "cram school." We believe that students can learn effectively while having fun at the same time. We employ various methods to motivate our students, using tools that we picked up in our many years of teaching.
Working Conditions & Benefits
• 5-day work week (Monday – Friday, no Saturday classes but a few Sat. events in the year)
• Working hours 1:00-9:30 (Break included)
• Pay is negotiable depending on experience
• There is up to a paid two week training period (paid hourly)
• 2 weeks paid vacation (about 1 month off in the year including national holidays)
• Start date: July 3, 2023
About you:
- Must be able to speak in conversational Korean and have experience conducting parent conferences over the phone
- Must have all documents required to register instructor with the Department of Education (apostilled diploma from a 4 year university, apostilled criminal background check, medical check)
- Have an F visa or native Korean with native or near native fluency
- Have at least 2 years of hagwon experience with a professional attitude
- Have experience working with the American textbook curriculum
- Be detail-oriented, responsible, and flexibl
Our academy teaches grades 1-6 using the American textbook curriculum as well as a variety of other sources. We work with eager, hard-working, intermediate to advanced level students.
