1. Working days/hours:
- Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 1:30-10 p.m. + Sat 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- 1 resting hour is provided

2. Classes
1) Novel (Discussion-oriented)
For the novel class, the lesson plans/workbooks are already prepared, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need any prep. We are looking for someone who will delve into the books and build penetrating questions that help students think critically about the book.
Be in charge of creating new workbooks or class materials for students.
2) Critical Thinking (Writing)
Students write different styles of essays (Persuasive, Informative, Creative, Analytical).
We prefer someone who is interested in current issues and is able to lead discussions about the topics with the students.
Students submit one essay every week. You will edit their writing in terms of content, organization, and style.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual preferred
Bachelor’s degree
Currently residing in Korea
F-VISA with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, or IRE citizenship or Korean citizenship
Being an avid reader as well as having a passion for teaching / proactive work ethic
Apostilled background check & diploma from a 4-year accredited university
Technology-friendly person
WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS:
Three months of the training period (4 working days except Saturday/3,000,000 won)
Compensation: start from 3,500,000 won/5 days (negotiable upon experience)
Insured with the 4 National Insurances
Severance upon completion of an one-year contract
Summer and Winter vacation: around 10 days
