Job Description
BPA is a top brand in New York with 11 different locations.
BPA Korea's main campus is located in Bundang and we are currently looking for teacher to take part in our team at Gwang Gyo campus (광교).
We are located in Harrington Tower which is very close to the Bundang subway line.
We are looking for teachers that can start ASAP or the beginning of March the latest.
Hiring number of teachers: 2 teachers
Qualifications:
-BA degree or higher in one of the core subjects.
-Experience in teaching Elementary and Middle school students in Korea.
-Dedication
-Diligence
-Responsibility
-Organization
-Guaranteed stay of at least one year.
-All the necessary documents (FBI and degree apostilled etc)
-Proximity to BPA is preferred.
*MUST BE IN KOREA TO APPLY.
Working conditions:
-Classes are taught 100% in English. Students are not allowed to speak Korean at BPA.
-Teachers are expected to prepare for class and grade student's work.
Operation hours
Monday, Friday: 1:30PM-9:55PM (classes run from 2:15 to 9:55)
Tuesday , Thurs 3:00PM-9:15PM (classes run from 3:30 to 9:15)
Wednesday 1:30PM-6:00PM (classes run from 2:15 to 4:30)
THESE ARE THE OPERATING HOURS NOT TEACHING HOURS. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE TEACHING ALL THESE HOURS.
Teacher teach only 24 hours a week and overtime pay is rewarded for any teaching hours over that.
If a teacher doesn't have class, he or she is not required to stay till the end. Teachers can take an early day without their paycheck being penalized.
