Job Description
Hello! Phileo International Academy (PIA) is looking for passionate and professional full-time Teachers! We are a private Christian International school located in Jukjeon Station (Yongin-Si), near Bundang area (South Korea).
PIA is committed to educate students in developing valuable characters and notable abilities. Current Openings:
Pre-Elementary (5-6 years old) Homeroom Teacher
Elementary Lower Grades Homeroom Teacher
Elementary to High School PE Teacher
Middle & High Physics + Math Teacher
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university (preferably in the U.S)
Majored in Education or in related subject of teaching
Native English speaker or native fluency
F4 or F6 holder/Korean citizenship
Prior teaching experience
Passion for education and love for children!
Considered a Plus:
Christian
Valid teaching credential (U.S preferred)
International school teaching experience
Contract Details / Benefits:
Salary: competitive salary based on your education and teaching experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Teaching hours: up to 24 teaching hours/week
Paid vacation (total 6 weeks) in addition to all national holidays plus 1 week of Spring Break
Severance pay (equivalent to a month's salary) will be given after the completion of an one-year contract.
Medical insurance and national pension will be co-shared (50/50 split).
Free lunch during working hours.
