We are Phileo International Academy (PIA), a private Christian International School founded in 2018. Our vision is to cultivate mature and responsible individuals through various inspiring educational programs.
PIA is looking for responsible and professional teachers who value individual students’ potentials and are passionate about teaching. Job Description
Manage an assigned homeroom.
Teach core subjects and academic elective classes.
Supervise nonacademic elective classes.
Develop a creative program suitable for the grade level.
Employ a variety of educational techniques to enhance student learning.
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and self-esteem.
Track children’s progress and report to parents.
Communicate with parents regularly.
Collaborate with other educators.
Maintain a clean classroom environment.
Participate in school activities and events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university (preferably in the U.S)
Major in Education or in related subject of teaching
Native English speaker or native fluency
F4 or F6 holder/Korean citizenship
Prior teaching experience
Passion for education and love for children!

Contract Details & Benefits
Salary: competitive salary based on your education and teaching experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Teaching hours: up to 24 teaching hours/week
Paid vacation (total 6 weeks) in addition to all national holidays plus 1 week of Spring Break
Severance pay (equivalent to a month's salary) will be given after the completion of an one-year contract.
Medical insurance and national pension will be co-shared (50/50 split).
