Immediate Positions and Openings for Fall 2024
> Elementary, Middle, High
> ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, AP, and STEM
> IT & STEM Teachers for Elementary, middle and high
We are looking for teachers who either hold teaching licenses from USA or majored in Education, Literature
Candidate Qualifications
• Native English Speaker
• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Holds or is eligible for the E-2 visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• Hold an F visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship
• Apostilled Diploma and Criminal Background Check
• Must be physically and mentally healthy.
Working Conditions
Working hours are described as the time you need to be present at the school. Teaching hours are the active amount of time you will be conducting classes or activities.
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
• Students per class: Max. 15 students in a class
• Lunch Hour: 12:00 P.M.- 1:00 P.M., provided at the cafeteria
• Student Age: Elementary ,Middle, High
• Workplace Language: English
IT & STEM teacher's Responsibilities
● Evaluates, monitors, and tracks students' performance
● Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities such as Digital Literace(iPad & MacOS), Engineering, & Robotics(Teacher must know CAD, 3D printing, & circuits)
● Create a positive educational climate for students to learn in.
● Meet school-wide student performance goals.
● Participate in ongoing PD training sessions.
● Create lesson plans and modify them accordingly throughout the year.
● Maintain grade books.
● Grade papers and perform other administrative duties as needed.
● Create projects designed to enhance lessons.
● Read and stay abreast of current topics in education.
● Utilize various curriculum resources.
● Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
● Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.
● Develop class incentives to keep participants in the class.
● Develop professional relationships with other coworkers.
● Utilize school library resources.
● Work with the Academic Director to ensure initiatives are being met.
● Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
● Prepare and distribute required reports.
● Observe and evaluate students' performance.
● Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures.
● Interacts with parents and guardians in a professional and positive manner

Salary
Competitive and based on a salary scale contingent on years of experience, degrees, and certificates (Negotiable with experience)

• Insured with the 4 National Insurances.
• Severance Pay: Paid upon the completion of employment(pays with a 10-month contract)
• Vacation: 3 week in summer, 2 weeks in winter, plus 5 days in Spring
• Airfare: One-way reimbursed for candidates outside of Korea
