Project Manager – Overseas Content Development Team
Woongjin Compass is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Overseas Content Development team and work on development of ELT courses for sale internationally.
[Main duties]
- Content planning and development for English coursebooks and skill books
- Development of supporting material (inc. audio, videos, downloadables)
- Project scheduling, budgeting, and management
- Managing outsourcers and reviewing their work
- Content editing, copy editing, and proofreading of texts to maintain a high level of quality
- Liaising with stakeholders across departments and outside the company
[Qualification requirements]
- 3+ year’s editorial of project management experience
- Fluent speaker of English
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Good communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
[Preferred qualifications]
- 2+ year’s teaching experience
- 5+ years of experience in developing and editing English textbooks
- Major in English or Education
- TESOL, CELTA, TEFL certification

Period of Employment: Full-time position. All new hires will have a three to a six-month probationary period where their employment can be terminated based on performance.
Salary Range: Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
Vacation Days: 15 days of paid personal leave per year and Korean public holidays
Working Hours: Flexible start hours between 8:00 - 10:00
Health Insurance: Provided in accordance with Korean law
Severance Pay: One month’s salary earned per year of employment
Sart Date: Candidates will be decided on Aug 20.
