About Berlitz Korea: Berlitz Korea, a pioneer in language education, is seeking passionate educators to join our Language Center in Seoul. We are currently looking for instructors already in Korea.

Your Role: As a Berlitz instructor, you will be instrumental in shaping the language skills of professionals, predominantly from the corporate sector.
Your role will focus on:
• Delivering engaging and effective language lessons using the innovative Berlitz Method®.
• Encouraging a lively and supportive learning environment.
• Utilizing your cultural sensitivity and communication skills to meet diverse student needs.
Who We Are Looking For:
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher), preferably in business or education.
• Prior teaching or business experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
• Eligibility: While we value diversity, due to regulatory requirements, we require instructors to hold a passport from the USA, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday block shift: Morning block 7:00-16:30/ Evening block 11:30-21:00
• Every other Saturday 08:00–17:00 (only need to be available at those times, classes are not usually scheduled for the whole shift)
