About Us
Fayston Education Group is launching its flagship campus, Fayston Academy, in Bongseon-dong, Gwangju (Jeonnam province) this July. We're building a premium English enrichment program from the ground up: a full curriculum track from Phonics through Debate, a creative arts and theatre program for Grades 1 - 6 (elementary).
We're hiring experienced English Teachers to join our core faculty in June, ahead of the July 1st opening date. We are building a student environment that takes learning seriously with a philosophy built around integrated education and immersive learning. Our founding team includes experienced educators and curriculum designers, and we're assembling a small, high-quality faculty to grow with the academy from day one.

You'll thrive here if you:
Have genuine enthusiasm for English education, strong classroom presence, and love to engage with students
Can deliver engaging instruction across a range of levels and activities
Are self-directed, comfortable with some ambiguity in the early months, and willing to contribute beyond your classroom
Are interested in being part of a program with creative and interdisciplinary elements (our curriculum includes theatre, project-based learning, and tech/AI-integrated components)
Want to grow in your career with opportunities to take on more roles and grow as we expand our program
Bonus if you have experience in: drama or creative writing instruction, curriculum development, learning design, or bilingual (Korean/English) communication
Minimum Qualifications
Native-level English proficiency
Bachelor's degree (any field); education-related degrees a plus
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent classroom experience
Valid work authorization in Korea (or eligible for E-2 sponsorship)
