Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong subject-area expertise and a passion for teaching
Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with course objectives
Assess student learning and communicate student progress in a fair, timely, and constructive manner
Maintain accurate records and provide students with meaningful feedback
Adhere to school policies, procedures, and professional standards
Serve as a positive role model through professional conduct, communication, and ethical behavior
Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and staff members
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
Native-level fluency in English
Korean national or holder of an F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 visa
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Education or a related field
A minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience
Valid teaching certification or license from the United States, Canada, Korea, or another recognized jurisdiction
Compensation
Salary is negotiable and based on educational background and teaching experience
