1. About the Role
The Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher serves as the primary classroom teacher for a designated grade level (Kindergarten), responsible for delivering core subject instruction, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of each student.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver a warm, developmentally appropriate early years program aligned with LCI's curriculum
Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment that supports young learners' growth
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Contribute to the ongoing development of our early years program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Valid teaching certification
Fluent English communication skills
A collaborative, child-centered educator with strong classroom management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a director, head teacher, or in a leadership role within an early years setting
Korean proficiency
2. Contract Period
1 year, renewable (Long-term employment available upon mutual agreement)
3. Work Conditions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 ~ 17:30 (including lunch break)
Location: Songdo International City Global Campus, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea
4. Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
